Day #9 came and went without much of a hitch! I actually really didn’t feel hungry all day
until about 5:30PM. I had my standard
egg casserole/banana for breakfast but when it came time for lunch, I half-heartedly
picked at my salad with roasted chicken.
I finished maybe half of it before giving up and eating any remaining chicken
in it.
I had a regular amount of energy
throughout the day and decided to make a Whole30 Approved Buddha Bowl (that’s a
thing, right?):

Riced Cauliflower and Sweet Potatoes
·
Pork Carnitas
·
Chopped Romaine Lettuce
·
Salsa
It was GREAT!
